The Falcon Strength Summer Conditioning Program is an intense program aimed at increasing and improving our student athletes Adenosine Triphosphate and Creatine Phospahte (ATP-CP) and Lactate (LA) energy systems. Or in other words, prepare our players for the intense bursts of energy needed to play football.

 

Falcon Strength Football 2016 Summer Conditioning 

 
The schedule will be as follows:
 
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Start time will be 630 am and we will finish at 830 am. Please ensure your player brings cleats to the lifting and conditioning session. We will be doing a majority of the running on the grass practice field.
